REGISTERED THERAPEUTIC  COUNSELLOR

Krista is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada. She has been holding her counselling sessions with a heart-centered, trauma sensitive, client-centered integrative approach since 2020. As a somatic therapist she draws on decades of space holding to create a safety oriented, non-judgmental space for you to free yourself from the weight of the past and return to the wisdom that lives within you.
 
She is here to support you to untangle the patterns that keep you stuck and return to a calm and connected approach to life. Krista specializes in working with both individuals and couples in a relational somatic field.
